Winters Ranch Meats: Colorado’s Source for Honest, All-Natural Beef, Pork & Chicken

At Winters Ranch, we believe the best meat comes from animals raised the right way — on open pasture, slow grown, and never rushed. For years our family has been committed to producing all-natural, grass-fed and grass-finished beef, along with high-quality pork and chicken, right here in Rush, Colorado.

Whether you’re feeding a family, stocking your freezer for winter, or looking for a reliable ranch you can trust year after year, Winters Ranch Meats is proud to bring ranch-fresh protein straight to your home.

🌱 Raised Right, From Start to Finish

Our livestock are raised with the same care we give to our own family.
No shortcuts. No feedlot stress. No hormones. No nonsense.

Grass-Fed & Grass-Finished Beef
Our cattle spend their lives on Colorado pasture, eating what nature intended. This creates rich, clean flavor, excellent tenderness, and nutrient-dense beef you can feel good about feeding your family.

Heritage Pork & Natural Chicken
From well-balanced pork bundles to whole chickens from trusted local partners, our meat is always produced with transparency and integrity.

🔪 Know Your Meat: Live Weight, Hanging Weight & Yield Explained

A lot of customers have questions about how beef and pork are weighed and priced. We believe in complete transparency:

  • Live Weight: The animal on the hoof.

  • Hanging Weight: After harvest, before dry aging and trimming.

  • Finished Weight: What goes into your freezer.

Every animal is unique, which means finished pounds vary — and that’s totally normal. We take time to explain your exact breakdown so there are no surprises.

🐄 Butcher Dates & What’s Available

We regularly post available butcher pigs, grass-fed steers, Wagyu crosses, and poultry.
Our most popular offerings include:

  • Whole / Half / Quarter Beef At butcher

  • Pork Bundles

  • Monthly ground beef subscription

Butcher dates fill up fast, especially in fall, so reserving early is always recommended.
