Located in Rush, Colorado, we are proud 5th generation cattle ranchers who specialize in raising premium Black Angus beef. It takes a full 2 years to prepare our beef for butchering, and during the winter season, we ensure our cattle receive high-quality feed, hay, minerals, and salt to maintain their health and well-being.
We take great care to ensure our animals live a happy and natural life, and we never pen them up. Our cattle are free to graze on the grass until the day they are ready for butcher. This approach not only contributes to the quality of the meat, but it also enhances its flavor.
