Located in Rush, Colorado, we are proud 5th-generation cattle ranchers specializing in premium Black Angus, Black Hereford, and Dexter beef. It takes a full two years to raise our cattle for butchering, and throughout the winter season, we provide high-quality feed, hay, minerals, and salt to keep them healthy and thriving.
We take great pride in the way we care for our animals. Our cattle are never penned up—they spend their lives grazing freely on natural pasture right up until butcher day. This low-stress, natural lifestyle contributes to exceptional meat quality and rich, robust flavor.
All of our beef is dry-aged to enhance tenderness and taste. When it reaches your table, we’re confident you’ll be impressed by the difference. Once you try our beef, you may never want grocery-store meat again.
