Shipping policy
Winters Ranch Meats INC provides scheduled delivery services to designated delivery locations and routes.
Delivery Windows
All delivery times are estimated delivery windows, not guaranteed arrival times. Customers are responsible for arriving during the scheduled delivery window listed on their order confirmation.
Customer Responsibility
Customers must be available to receive their order during the scheduled delivery window. If a customer arrives before or after the scheduled delivery window, Winters Ranch Meats INC is not responsible for missed deliveries.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time are non-refundable.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery, fails to appear during the scheduled delivery window, or declines to wait for the delivery vehicle to arrive within the scheduled delivery window, the order will be considered a refused delivery and is not eligible for a refund.
Delays
Weather, traffic, road conditions, vehicle issues, and other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect delivery timing. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.
Perishable Products
Due to the perishable nature of meat products, all sales are final once products have been prepared, packed, or loaded for delivery, except where required by law.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
