  • Half Hog – $375 deposit (non-refundable, applied to final bill)
  • Whole Hog – $1,000 deposit (non-refundable, applied to final bill)
  • Fully custom cut to your preferences
  • Butcher & processing fees are paid directly to the butcher

🔪 How It Works

  1. Reserve your hog with a deposit.
  2. Once the butcher provides the hanging weight, we’ll send your invoice and custom cut sheet so you can choose how your pork is processed.
  3. Pay the butcher directly for all processing fees.
  4. Winters Ranch will pick up your pork once it’s ready and coordinate pick-up or delivery with you.

Our Heritage Pork is raised right here on our ranch with the same care and dedication we put into all of our livestock. Our hogs are pasture-raised and supplemented with a specially formulated, locally milled feed that contains no corn and no soy. We never use enhancing drugs—just clean, natural practices that produce pork that’s rich in flavor, tender, and wholesome.

By raising our hogs on pasture and natural feed, we ensure you’re getting nutrient-dense, high-quality pork that you can feel good about serving to your family. From custom cuts to organ meats and bones, you’ll have the option to enjoy every part of the hog, processed to your exact preference.

At Winters Ranch, our goal is simple: to provide your family with the highest quality protein, raised responsibly and locally.

⚖️ Weights & Yields

  • Whole Hog: approx. 150–160 lbs of packaged pork for your freezer
  • Average hanging weight: 250–300 lbs live weight (varies by animal)

 Cancellation Policy

You have one (1) day from the time of placing your order to cancel and request a refund of your deposit. After 24 hours, deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your final bill.
