Steps for processing
Once we receive the hanging weight from the butcher, you’ll be invoiced based on that weight. Custom cut sheets will be provided with your invoice, so you can select how you’d like your pork processed.
• You will need to pay butcher fee for processing.
• We will pick up your meat at butcher and schedule your delivery or pick up.
Please note: You will be responsible for paying the butcher directly for all processing fees.

And half and whole customers get all the bones and organ meat if they select them when we work with you on your cutting instructions.

While the weight varies by animal, over the last number of years the average final packaged weight of a whole pig has been between 150 to 160 pounds of pork. The average hanging weight of a whole pig has been has been approx. 200-250 live weight pounds this vary from animal to animal.
$1232 is complete price of Hog and butcher fees.
