This Subscription allows you to get a half beef over the course of six months. Pay monthly or prepay for your entire 6 months and save $10!
Each month, you should expect about 25lbs of meat.
By purchasing this item you will get your 1/2 beef for pickup or delivery once a month for the next 6 months.
Each month expect a mix of some or all of the following: filets, ribeyes, NY strip steak, sirloin steak, t-bone, flank steak, flat iron steak, chuck roast, sirloin roast, brisket, short ribs, stew meat, cubed steak, soup bones, ribs and 93/7 ground beef.
