Reserve Your Hog
Reserve your half hog with a $100 deposit.
Once the butcher provides the hanging weight, we will send an invoice for the remaining balance and a custom cut sheet so you can choose how your pork is processed.
Butcher and processing fees must be paid directly to the butcher before we can pick up your pork and schedule delivery.

Our heritage hogs are pasture-raised and supplemented with feed from a local Colorado mill, producing high-quality pork for your family.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours for a full deposit refund.
After 24 hours, deposits are non-refundable and applied toward the final balance.

Read all FAQsHow is it packaged?
Each cut is individually wrapped, except steaks, which generally come two to a pack. Every package carries the USDA inspection mark and the Colorado Proud badge.
Are your cattle grass-fed?
We run two programs, and we label which is which. Grass-fed and grass-finished cattle are on grass their whole lives. Grain-finished cattle are pasture-raised, then finished on grain for 60 to 90 days.

Do you use hormones or antibiotics?
No. No added hormones, no antibiotics, no GMOs. We don't spray our pasture with pesticides or chemicals.
How do I get my order?
Three ways, all free. Pick up at the ranch in Rush, meet us at a drop point in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Falcon, Peyton, Calhan, Fountain, Castle Rock or Monument, or take free home delivery on side orders.
When do I need to order by?
6:00 PM MST the day before your pickup.
Is your meat USDA inspected?
Yes. Our meat is processed at a USDA-inspected facility, EST. 1686.
