Half Heritage Hog

$5.50/lb hanging weight

• Custom cut to your preferences

• Deposit refunded when final hanging weight invoice is issued

• Customer responsible for butcher & processing fees

Reserve Your Hog

Reserve your half hog with a $100 deposit.

Once the butcher provides the hanging weight, we will send an invoice for the remaining balance and a custom cut sheet so you can choose how your pork is processed.

Butcher and processing fees must be paid directly to the butcher before we can pick up your pork and schedule delivery.

About Our Pork

Our heritage hogs are pasture-raised and supplemented with feed from a local Colorado mill, producing high-quality pork for your family.

Half and whole hog customers enjoy:

Estimated Weights

• Average hanging weight: 60–80 lbs

• Average packaged pork: about 65 lbs for a half hog

Pickup or Delivery

Pick up at Winters Ranch or schedule home delivery (delivery fee may apply outside free delivery areas).

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours for a full deposit refund.
After 24 hours, deposits are non-refundable and applied toward the final balance.
