Your deposit reserves one of our cattle for your order. That deposit is applied toward your final total. YOUR Deposit is refunded to you after you after you are charged for hanging weight
What Is Hanging Weight?
Hanging weight is the weight of the carcass after slaughter and before the meat is cut and packaged into the individual cuts you take home.
This means the final packaged meat you receive will weigh less than the hanging weight.
